  • 1 ½ cups corn grits

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter

  • 4 tablespoons Southern Spices Blackened Seasoning

2. Rinse shrimp and pat dry and seasoned with Southern Spices Blackened Seasoning.

3. Using a medium frying pan, melt remainder of butter, and add shrimp.

4. Cook shrimp on both sides until pink or golden.

5. Fry the bacon in a large frying pan until browned; drain well.

6. In a separate saucepan, add heavy whipping cream, Worchester sauce, lemon juice, chopped bacon, parsley, scallions and garlic and Sauté on medium heat for 5 minutes.

7. Spoon grits into a serving bowl. Add Cajun sauce mixture, shrimp and bacon.

8. Garnish each serving with tomato and parsley. Serve immediately.
