1 Whole Green Cabbage sliced in thin shreds
¼ Red Cabbage sliced in thin shreds
4 ounces of Carrots sliced in thin shreds
For the Dressing:
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Spicy Mustard
2 tablespoons Celery Seed
2 tablespoons Walla-Magic Seasoning
3 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
In a large, salad bowl, combine green and red cabbage along with carrots and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
In another bowl or saucepan, combine mayonnaise, mustard, celery seed, vinegar and Walla-Magic Seasoning. Whisk thoroughly and chill for 30 minutes.
Pour 2/3 of dressing into coleslaw mix and stir. Then use your judgement as to how much more dressing the coleslaw needs.
Serve chilled kickin’ coleslaw with your favorite entrée or eat as a snack.
Refrigerate excess dressing for another day. Dressing should last for weeks.
